PVD hard Chrome deposition with magnetron sputtering technology which is an advanced coating solution to replace the wet chrome electroplating process. Compared with thermal evaporation coating, sputtering deposition’s film has better adhesion and much harder performances.

Royal Technology provides 3 standard machines to satisfy different productivity’s demands. Our India customer selected the medium size RTSP1400 model which can load 4 units max. Size 24” wheels.
