The RTAE1600 machine is designed and produced for glassware decorative coatings, it contains both tungsten wire evaporation and arc evaporation sources.
1.Thermal evaporation sources is for glassware interior coatings like glass candle holders;
2.The arc evaporation sources is designed for glassware exterior coatings, to generate various decorative colors like gold, chrome, amber, blue, rainbow color, black, charcoal grey, none-transparent gold and half-transparent gold colors etc.

Background

Mainly used for glass ware decorative coatings, like glass mirror, glass necklace, crystal LED lighting, glass mosaic floor tiles, crystal drink ware etc.

The main configuration is cathodic arc evaporation sources, with pulsed bias power for plasma bombardment to enhance the film adhesion efficiently.
